“Cant Wait 2 C U” -Kalone

An EP is officially here from melodic New Jersey artist Kalone. Using a strong work ethic, combined with many sleepless nights, Kalone has put together a four track collection for his fans called “Can’t Wait 2 C U”. The four tracks are titled, “HoneyBun” “SuperVitamin” “Love Letter” and “I Lied”. Using his unique sound and style, Kalone looks to use this EP as a way to bring in new eyes and ears to his music. Boasting a versatile hip-hop/rap sound, Kalone does a great job of incorporating the melodic/pop aspects into his music as well. His songs tend to be articulate, thought out pieces of work. Looking to have a meaning behind each of his releases, Kalone feels like this separates himself from the other rising artists he is surrounded by.

Being from New Jersey, the competition is high amongst underground artists. Although it is high, Kalone looks no further than his own work when in comparison. Using himself as a gauge to see what he can improve on has set him apart from the pack. Focusing solely on his music has allowed for much more growth as an artist for Kalone. Being influenced by the New Jersey music scene, Kalone was surrounded by Jersey Club and Hip-Hop music growing up.
